Why Peonies? I have always loved and appreciated beautiful flowers, and Peonies are one of my favourites. The Peony symbolises happiness, prosperity and a long lasting love. So when recreating my brand, with beautiful, handcrafted floral cakes – for wedding displays and cupcake bouquets at the front of my mind, the Peony felt like the perfect good omen. Why Three? For my three beautiful children.
