Below is a average serving guide based on a three layer cake, that is cut into a grid pattern of 1″x2″ sized portions. Four+ layer cakes are a good way of increasing portions without increasing cake diameter.

For larger cakes requiring more servings than an 8″ cake offers, I would suggest a two tier cake or additional cupcakes to increase cake servings.
All my cakes are finished in the finest quality chocolate ganache. Either white, milk or dark, depending on what ganache complimets your cake best. Ganache delivers a smooth, flawless and very stable finish to any cake.
